We have often had customers tell us they have struggled to get the perfect sorbet in the past...Too icy, too watery even too slimey!  We have an almost complete product that gives a full bodied and creamy texture to your sorbet, simple to use and has the added benefit of being suitable for vegans.

We have had the pleasure of having the amazing Gelato Chef Gabriele Scarponi over with us this week.  Demonstrating with our customers and getting busy with us here at Greco Brothers developing ten new flavours!

We were delighted when somebdoy got in touch with us about one of our old Wafer Tin's that they had found, as pictured above.  It dates back to the 1940's when we would deliver our wafers in tin boxes!

Panettone is an Italian type of sweet bread cake originally from Italy.  Usually prepared and enjoyed over Christmas and New Year. And now we have it as a delicious Ice cream Flavour to be enjoyed as Ice Cream!

We have an exciting and delicious new flavour which is based on the delicious aperitif drink Aperol Spritz....

This is one of our favourite flavours!  It is so versatile given that it can be enjoyed all year round...Refreshing in the summer months or pure pleasure and a dessert like treat in the winter months.

Chris and Tony have been training at the Aromitalia headquaters in Turin, Italy.... They have been practising new recipes along with old classics and have made some very british flavours too!
