We have had a fantastic week working with one of the Aromitalia Chefs, Mr Gabriele Scarponi. He has been with us travelling to see customers old and new as well as spending a day with us developing some new flavours. A lot of them are based on some famous English chocolate bars and sweets. We have used all of our Aromitalia pastes and ripples to recreate these classics as well as creating new flavour sensations like the Thai Delight pictured above. Surprisingly one of our favourites was the Jammy Dodger flavour, it looked and tasted fabulous.
